The book is a collection of the regular articles appearing in the traditional English humor magazine "Punch", during the 1970s when President Idi Amin tyrannized the African country of Uganda. Utilizing phonetic spelling and current idiom to lampoon this odious dictator the series became immensely popular, however success also won the attention of the Politically Correct Commissars who pompously halted the satire. A prime example of censorship of art/literature for not being politically correct.
