Where the Sidewalk Ends, by Shel Silverstein. 1974 hardcover. 176 pages, good condition, some random staining/foxing on pages.

Shel Silverstein's masterful collection of poems and drawings stretches the bounds of imagination and will be cherished by readers of all ages. This is a rare early printing which contains the poem “The Gypsies are Coming” (p. 50-51). In later printings, the poem was changed to “The Googies” are Coming” in a politically correct nod to the Roma people.
