He also remissness of his murdered love Shelly Webster. Despair is the tale of the death of Shelly Webster and Eric Draven. This is a flashback/Origin Story to the events before Eric Draven becomes the Crow.

The Tundra Press volumes, including Volume 2: Irony & Despair, represent the complete and polished realization of O'Barr's vision after Caliber Press published only the initial segments and could not release the intended final chapter due to financial issues. This book contains stories from the original Caliber releases, The Crow #3 and #4.
