The Need to Know Library is a scam publisher that puts out poorly researched/written books on various teen subjects. They sell them only to libraries around the country for around $50 a pop and make a killing. I doubt many people actually check them out and they are often withdrawn/discarded after a period of time. As horrid as that seems, I am thankful to them for gems like this.
